Our Sustainability Charter
At NTC, our Sustainability Charter reflects our continuous commitment to embedding best practice in every aspect of our operations.
It serves as a clear framework guiding our efforts to reduce environmental impact, promote social responsibility, and drive sustainable growth.
Through collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement, we are dedicated to building a more sustainable future for our people, partners, and the planet.
We are proud to have achieved Silver accreditation from the International CSR Accreditation (ICSA), a recognition that reflects our ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility.
This milestone highlights our dedication to ethical practices, environmental sustainability, and positive social impact across all areas of our business.
We are honoured to be acknowledged for our efforts and remain focused on making meaningful contributions to our community and stakeholders.
“Economic growth environmental responsibility, and social equity is crucial”
Our Commitment
Building on our Sustainability Charter, we continue to strengthen our commitment to the environment. At NTC, we have aligned our approach with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), recognising their global importance in creating a more sustainable and prosperous future for all.
At NTC, our commitment to the environment is demonstrated through a comprehensive range of sustainable initiatives.
Our carbon reduction plan sets clear targets to lower our environmental impact, while our Cycle to Work and EV car schemes promote greener, low-emission travel options for employees.
We are also proud to operate a zero waste to landfill policy, ensuring that all waste is managed responsibly and diverted from landfill.
Together, these actions reflect our dedication to building a more sustainable and environmentally conscious future.
Environment
At NTC, we are deeply committed to supporting our local community through meaningful and ongoing initiatives.
Our volunteering policy gives every employee one paid day per year to contribute to causes they care about, encouraging active community involvement.
Each year, we run a Cheltenham Foodbank drive, donating over 10 boxes of essential items, and our 'Make a Christmas' campaign delivers festive gifts to children at Gloucester Royal Hospital’s Children’s Ward.
We also proudly sponsor local clubs, including a two-year partnership with the WFA, which helped individuals with diverse needs enjoy the benefits of playing football.
These efforts reflect our belief in giving back and making a real difference where we live and work.
Community
At NTC, we are dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking workplace where everyone can thrive.
We have Wellbeing Officers as well as Mental Health and Emergency First Aiders, ensuring that support is always available when it’s needed most.
We’ve implemented a range of progressive policies covering flexible working, safeguarding, equal opportunities, diversity and equality, gender identity, and menopause and andropause — demonstrating our commitment to the wellbeing and rights of every individual.
Through these initiatives, we foster a culture of respect, care, and continuous improvement across our organisation.
Workplace
Every year, NTC picks a new charity to support which helps reflect our core values and our dedication to creating meaningful impact in the community.

Carbon Reduction Plan
“Climate change is one of the most pressing challenges confronting our planet. Still, many of the worst consequences of climate change can be avoided by limiting global warming to 1.5 °C above preindustrial levels. We need to reach net zero global carbon emissions in the early 2050s to remain within this target. NTC are committed to reducing our carbon emissions and achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050 or earlier.”
Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of our mission, driving us to create lasting value for organisations and communities alike.
In a world where the balance between economic growth, environmental responsibility and social equity is crucial, North Tower Consulting is dedicated to sustainable practices that contribute positively to the world we share.
In partnership with More Trees, we have so far planted 631 trees, captured 983.6 tonnes of future CO², and supported 5 reforestation projects.
Other Sustainability Activities
Tree Planting:
We've taken a green step forward by planting a tree for every employee, alongside pledging to plant 525 trees per year. This initiative is all about offsetting our carbon footprint and making a real impact on reforestation efforts. We work alongside THG More Trees to increase our pledge monthly.
Community Outreach Project:
At NTC we want to make a difference. We have pledged our support an outreach project in our local area which encompasses a wide variety of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Goals.
